You would love to save up to 10 millions (just be realistic, if 10 millions is too much, aim lower) by mid-season so you can develop a better car for next year. By the end of your 1st year and 2nd year, make sure you have about 3 millions to run the Young Driver Program. Other than those, you are free to rampage your budget to the RED as I did, as long as you can make a comeback in 3 races (you need Influence to extend the period), you can run your number to the negative zone. More than once, my budget hit the red, so SPEND BIG only if you can SPIN BIGGER.
